• Debt information you enter (balances, interest rates, minimum payments)
• Payment records you log within the app
• Device information and anonymized usage analytics

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Debt Free Day app
• Calculate your personalized debt payoff projections
• Enable partner sharing features when you choose to use them
• Send account-related notifications
• Respond to your support requests

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Financial data is used solely to power your in-app calculations and is never shared with financial institutions or advertisers.

Partner Sharing

If you invite a partner, they can view your debt totals, Debt Free Day date, and payment confirmations. Payment notes and history remain private. You can revoke partner access at any time from Settings.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all data at any time. Go to Settings, then Reset Account, then Delete Account. You can also email support@debtfreeday.app. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Debt Free Day is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Use of the App

You agree to use Debt Free Day for lawful purposes only and not in any way that causes harm to others or disrupts the service.

Debt projections and calculations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. We make no guarantees about accuracy. You are responsible for the information you enter. Debt Free Day is not liable for financial decisions made based on app projections.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us at support@debtfreeday.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions

Debt Free Day Plus is $3.99/month or $39.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.

Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
